Improved packaging: Suzanne's Muffins

Consulted with owner of Suzanne's muffins who described problems with shipping muffins. Box and tray had been purchased in bulk but in shipping, the tops (the best part!) of the muffins were breaking off. After evaluation, I saw that the muffins were dangling by their tops in the vacuum form tray, causing too much stress on the cake edges. Using readily available materials - a bakery tissue - I supported the bottom of the muffin, distributing the force and gracefully presenting the muffin to the customer upon receipt. The tissue also facilitated the removal of the muffin from the package.
