Masters Project
This is the final piece of my university coursework; we were tasked to manage a project over the summer and combine a number of different aspects we had learnt across the entire year.
The results were to be shown as a presentation (a modified version of this may be found within the project), it highlights aspects typically found in a GDD. You can also find an initial planning document (please note, that my initial idea changed over the semester, and I ended up creating something different that I hope would fit into the original idea).
The aims that we were given, was to either build:
- A Complete Small Game (including every aspect of production),
- A Vertical/Horizontal Slice of a larger game, or
- A Mechanics Prototype.
For my project, I choose to make something within the mechanics prototype category. There were some aspects not fully considered; as there is no menu interface and some of the UI elements are missing, though I did try to make the prototype somewhat presentable.
