your local gallery identity and postcards - Your Local Gallery is an Oakland, CA loft managed by Marc Horowitz, a local artist who wanted an unconventional space to hold shows for other local artists. After coming up with the name, he wanted a bold identity to complete the look. Simple, hand-drawn looking script type gives the logo a home-grown feel. The logo was then placed on t-shirts, stickers, signage and postcards advertising events at the new space.
