Designed to sell Indian snacks in public spaces like shopping malls and office complexes, this stand-alone food cart was designed for maximum efficiency.
While developing the identity for the brand, we explored influences from Indian popular culture, defining a language that was distinctly Indian, while embodying a contemporary, international aesthetic. The cart was designed keeping each activity in mind and incorporated a tea preparation area, snack storage hot case and a cash teller, apart from storage space. Each section of the cart has functional sub-divisions for periodic operations like cleaning, assembly, chopping, laying out sauces etc.
