This is a 8.5" by 11.5" 6-color piece (CMYK + Pantone Metallic Grey 877 + Flood varnish) that mailed in a booklet envelope. One of the first pieces of collateral ever made for PenFed's American Express Card, it was mailed to PenFed members to announce the new program and entice them to get the card.
