An example of one of the projects I carried out whilst at Flow Interactive.
I undertook a two week user testing research project for IDEO whilst working at Flow Interactive.
I was responsible for testing a number of user journeys which covered the main functional areas of the Mio spirit interface design.
I carried out 15 usability tests in a lab setting with 15 sets of couples who frequently travel together in the car.
The tests uncovered a number of usability design issues along with some interesting user feedback.
After the tests were complete I conducted analysis of the findings and presented these findings along with design solutions in a client workshop with IDEO.
