Boston Metro Map Competition Entry
Finalist in the 2013 competition hosted by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to find new and explorative methods for graphically representing Boston's public transit system. This entry sought to negotiate between two mapping functions: geography and information. Without expressing a true geographic accuracy or methodical rigidity, this map found a strong and fluid approach to presenting its system to Boston's riding public.
