OBJECTIVE: Revive the Woodlawn Neighborhood by creating a subdivision of newly constructed, affordable, residential (single family) homes with a focus on Community and awareness concerning the environment. Using the Community center and the surrounding parks, as the focal point, it invites the residence to explore and socialize.

The kitchen theme is water. The wave shape of the dropped acoustical ceiling gives the feeling of being under the sea. All of the finishes including the glass counter top, flooring and fabric are made from recycled content.
