Carter Family Room - Mr. and Mrs. Carter recently retired and moved to Cincinnati from California to be closer to their daughter's family. Client did not bring any furniture with them, and had a preset budget. We decorated their entire family room for their anticipated investment of $20K. Client preferred traditional furnishings with window treatments that did not obstruct their view.
