This is a short intro video I made for my RetroPie setup. Jonny Raygun is my personal graphic design brand, so I thought it only appropriate to slap it on the startup of my Raspberry Pi (mini computer that emulates retro videogames) that I've been working on since April 2017.
My little 8-bit avatar was created in Illustrator and animated frame by frame in Photoshop. The Raygun logo transitions from pixelated to hi-res with an 80's background, much like the art and games on the system span from 80's through the late 90's. I worked on the video between Photoshop and Illustrator then finished it in After Effects.

I fell in love with the music and it fits the video theme and timing perfectly.
