Here we completed a small floor blitz/move for the Petites Specialty dept.
Plan:
-Wear to Work Apparel to the front of the pad in time for September and Fall occasions.
-Casual Apparel to the back of the dept takes secondary placement in pad now that summer is over.
-Denim and Skinny presentations took to the middle of the pad. This showed the customer 9 to 5 work pieces.
-We also started a cashmere table to show customers that we have it and what to pair it back to just in time for Winter-the next season.
