This is essentially the undercarriage of the lift showing how it operates.
The renderings of the EZ Furniture lift were all made in Rhino. I wanted to capture all the positions the lift can do using Rhino.
The first position is what it would look like if it was getting ready to go under furniture.
The second position is what it would look like packed away after its job.
The last position is showing how far it could lift up the furniture it was moving.
Story boarding is not one of my strong skills. As long as I can get my point across with my message id rather take time on the design than with the storyboard.

EZ Furniture lift
This is a project I am currently working on for my Industrial Design applications class. I call this the EZ furniture lift because it is designed to move furniture with ease. This lift will operate like a car jack where all you need to do is pump the peg located on the bottom of the lift to elevate you furniture so you can move it. One of the other goals of this lift is to reduce strain on the body. With this lift the user should have no reason to bend over except if they are adjusting the forks. At the end of its job the lift is able to be compacted and put away to be out of sight out of mind.
