This is a sports magazine cover that I created as a project for a Digital Imaging Techniques course.
Over the summer of 2012, I wanted to further my abilities in the Adobe Photoshop program. By following tutorials, I was able to refine my skills and also learn a lot of new techniques. This piece is meant to be a menu cover for a coffee shop. It used many different filters, cropping and feathering techniques, as well as text effects.
A business card design for the hypothetical client Southside Nail Candy. I created the logo that appears on all of the materials for this client. I took into account the nature of their business which is a nail saloon, and incorporated the logo into a sophisticated but girly design. (InDesign)

This is an alternate version of a Nicholas Sparks book cover. I wanted to have the viewer feel the coldness of a spring night. I also wanted to incorporate the main symbols from the story. (InDesign)

These are examples of my work in the Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign programs. It's been a fun journey trying to learn these programs, but now that I have gotten the hang of it my creative imagination has come to life!
