This three-story, 28,170-square-foot commercial building was designed using Autodesk Revit, incorporating modern architectural elements and efficient space planning. The structure features a reinforced concrete and steel framework, a central glass atrium for natural lighting, and a contemporary brick-and-glass façade. The layout includes open office spaces, private meeting rooms, and collaborative areas, optimized for multi-use commercial occupancy. This project showcases expertise in Revit modeling, BIM coordination, and commercial building design.
