Bottle Washer - Zone Wash - Glass Trap and Filter
The bottle washer is a multifunction wash system component. A remote (from the spray arm) spray jet that directs wash water vertically while simultaneously holding the object in a vertical orientation. This feature can be turned on or off reducing the parasitic effect on the hydraulic system.
The glass trap and microfilter is a 3 piece assembly. A wire mesh gets a plastic body overmold. The glass trap gets spin welded onto the body. Different mesh resolutions and glass trap geometry are used for unique market behaviors.
