Led Product Development Team in developing the strategy and products for the BTS
category (backpacks, lunch coolers, school accessories). In 2015, due to customer research and macro trends, we focused on sustainability, delivering the entire assortment of backpacks and lunch coolers in
RPET fabrics, a first with recycled content at this scale (mass retail). Worked with packaging in messaging recycled content to consumers. Strong sales results and continued positive comps YoY.
