Basketball inspired outfit by using lots of sports mesh and give hints of the character with the colors and fur. The Jacket is made out of a camouflage print mesh overlay on a stripe with gradation( big to small) to show the different layers. Then the bottom is using an actual basketball shorts and twist it into a short one to give a sense of younger vibe
Using the self treatment of the ripstop fabric- a quilting of the abstract "Sulley" spots from big spots to small spots. Also having a big bottom to have a different proportion for the outfit.
Using the inspiration of warm up pants. The silhouette is exaggerate to give the option of wearing an actual pair of basketball shorts underneath for convenience of playing the sport. The fur vest can be worn before or after the practice.
Using the neoprene fabric to create a tight fit on the jacket and a whole fur front top to add to the description of the character "Sulley." Using the big bottoms again to push the proportion and to play with different colors of the ripstop
With the treatment ombre painted ripstop to have a new look to the ripstop fabric and using the fur on the jacket to really capture the vibe of the character. Here using a pair of the actual basketball shorts to play with the proportion of the whole out fit. The top has the raglan detail of the zig zag to emphasize the claws of the character
The neoprene jacket with the fur sleeve and cut outs of the "Sulley" spots on the body. Pair with a pair of ombre ripstop pants withe the quilting Of "O" representing the "OK (Oozma Kappa team)" int the movie
A ski jumper inspired out fit using the ombre ripstop on the padded short dress. Having a whole fur cardigan to really capture the sense of the snow boarding or skiing
Using all the fabric of a basket out fit and use it on the jackets with hint of fur on the hood. A pair of really wide legged pants for the comfort and can actually be taken off from the snaps on the sides.
An overlay of two three different ripstop on the jacket to have a functional reversible option. Also create the double layer look with the transparent camouflage ripstop on top of the purple and turquoise ripstop to have the colors show through. Using the sports mesh again for the top but push the proportion big to have a different look with the tiny fur skirt.
Using the self-made embroidery treatment on the jacket to create a monster feel. With the main sports fabric ripstop to emphasize the sportive feeling on the skirt along with the sports mesh for the lining.
