This is the base design model I sculpted. From this I can design fun characters like myself as a FunkoPop! Throughout the project I use subsurface shaders to give it a 'plastic' feel that real FunkoPop figurines have. Notice how the jeans at this point in the modeling process seem to have a purple tint inside of them.
This is a basic preview of the character with rough features modeled out, including the hair, hoodie, shoes, and flannel. With a general feel for the piece I can now move onto lighting and texturing.
Extra details have been added to the flannel, hoodie, shoes, and jeans including pockets, laces, and wrinkles. Added textures make the model feel more detailed as well.
Carving out and finishing the hair completes the character.
Another angle of the front.
The back also has some amazing details including: the hood, jean pockets. and a bun on top.
A full 360° view of the model in lower resolution than the renders above.
