Klang-inspired levitators - This design was part of a university project to design a revolutionary product. I chose to include a design of levitating speakers where there was only one main component, rather than separate left and right speakers. The two sections pivot outwards from the centre to act as left and right speakers. The colour scheme was inspired by the Adam Moller Klang speakers. This model was modelled using Cinema 4D and rendered using Maxwell.
This image shows the conceptual inner workings of the speakers.

Levitators

The aim of this project was to imagine a product which had remained unchanged for several generations if it was made in a revolutionary way.

I decided to update electrodynamic speakers by incorporating a superconducting element to give a controllable transducer via superdiamagnetic levitation.
