Super Rainbow Reef (Uni Work)
This is a game I made using Game Maker and based on a tutorial from the book The Game Maker's Apprentice. It is a brick breaker, and is controlled with the left and right arrow keys. The goal of each level is to destroy the octopuses floating around with the starfish, whilst destroying as many blocks as you can for extra points. The game uses basic inheritance to create different versions of the blocks and octopuses. The game can be downloaded from the Dropbox link above, along with the Game Maker project file.
All the level design was done by me, however the contents within the resources folder were provided for me as part of the book, and I take no credit for any of the artwork or audio used.
