While at DDB I've been working with large international companies on creative projects across all major comms channels. This includes digital projects (social media, apps, websites, anima6on), TVCs (Animated, musical, other), a TV show, Radio, OOH, POS, PR, promotions and experiential. I'm confident working with clients on creative projects, from briefing to selling in an idea. My design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign were used to create illustrations to sell in concepts and for final artwork. Having this artistic background made it easy to collaborate on crea6ve ideas internally and be a more effec6ve manager. I succeeded in keeping strong relationships, making a profit, and providing valued help with comms strategies.

Commissioned to paint large scale murals inside a building housing a private collection of cars, motorbikes and other various collectables. This lead to more opportunities I worked on the side of advertising job.

Civil construction and roading company. My role was coordinating civil engineering projects - responsible 7 crews, made up of 50+ staff. Projects also required outside resources (equipment and operators) and ran 24/7. I implemented new systems that streamlined operations.

Restaurant and bar manager at one of the largest ski resort bars in Western Canada (68 Staff, and over 600 patrons). I also created many profitable promotions and events.

I was the operations manager of this bar and restaurant with full responsibility, reporting directly to the owners. Taking the business from a negative monthly balance to making profits by positively changing the culture and implemented effective systems. This role required recruitment, staff discipline, other financial responsibilities such as accounting and payroll.

PeopleMax is a marketing promotions company. In this business I managed projects for promotions, informing target groups, market research, sales and marketing events. I also created storyboards, office artwork and assisted with radio creative for their sister company Radio Agency.
