Observation Tower Architecture Competition
This observation tower was designed for my final project in Architecture 1 at Ivy Tech. There were different requirements for this design, such as height and material requirements, number of stories, and accessibility. This was my first real dive into architectural modeling. Up until this point I had really only used AutoCAD and Solidworks. I wanted to display my design process by including some preliminary sketches and ideas, as well as the brochure stating the guidelines of the competition. This project really helped me explore my creativity and design something completely original. My tower design won best in the class, and was submitted for the Kurgi Observation Tower architecture competition.
