MicroRoot

“MicroRoot” is the collaboration between biotechnology and industrial design.
This is only possible thanks to the master's thesis project of Ing. Elohim Bello assessed by Dr. Luis Herrera Estrella, were we got the opportunity to create a specialized tool to study plants through the microscope.

"MicroRoot" is a microscope slide in which up to 19 specimens of Arabidopsis plants can be grown naturally, and then be subjected to various treatments to later be analyzed, in terms of the responses and/or reactions that they can have at different stages of growth.
