5/6/16 Final piece. Added darker darks and lighter lights to bring out the vegetables a bit more.

I Am Froot
This piece was done within Photoshop using Groot from Guardians Of The Galaxy and using a Wacom Cintiq 13hd. I took pictures of vegetables and fruits and used the pen tool, lasso tool, and the other cut out tools to cut them out from its original pictures. I placed each food where needed to form the whole character of Groot. Then giving each vegetable and fruit an adjustment layer and layer masks to throw in shadows and light as oppose to dodging/burning. If I was to dodge/burn them it would "damage" the food. Adding layer masks can prevent that, allowing me to redo or delete lights and shadows.
