5.18.16 Final piece. Created this with a retro 90's game style to it. Used a Wacom Cintiq 13hd tablet. I Achieved the style of the jacket using the smudge tool to get the wrinkle affect and then adding a filter of wrinkles of the leather. I used a layer mask to bring spots where it was needed. I also used the adjustment layers for highlights and shadows.
