A really basic design, this set for Jean-Paul Sartre's "No Exit" parts from the notion of enclosing the actors in a box in which the walls are defined by the audience. The proximity of the actors, and the almost unavoidable eye contact with the rest of the audience make this simple design a very potent experience. This project got selected to represent México in Caracas Venezuela for the Baruta Festival in 2006.
