In one of my previous positions, I worked as a creative lead on the development of a full, web based, commerce system. The front end included a drag and drop website editor that provided web development capabilities to untrained laypeople. With the help of a small team of two to three designers, I derived and guided the visual and usable elements of both the front and back end interfaces.

As an IT consultant, I cast my web fairly wide. For the last 15 years I have been involved in PC repair, IT support, Software troubleshooting, Network and systems management, usability/experience development and web design.
In 2005 I was educated to a masters degree level in Interactive Multimedia at Bath Spa University.
