Modern House 1 - This is a simple modern house. I just did the 3D Model and detailing (such as the black slates on the walls, the railing and the gate)

Escuela Monterrey (Monterrey School) - This is one of my last college proyects, The idea was to restore this art Deco building that is in really bad shape, mainly due to lack of maintenance. As a team work, we decided the colors, the design of the outside fence and the landscape of the front (as seen in the render) I did the model and the render of the whole building.

Pizza Bar Ext - These renders were done in 3D Max and Vray. The concept of this pizza bar is to have an open place; since its right next to the beach so the view is the most important.
