Designed, built, and tested a series of CNG packages for the 2011/12 Ford Transit Connect; Including Taxi’s, and installer vans. Developed a streamlined manufacturing process that would insure consistent Tier-1 vehicle up-fits at the main production location, as well as through multiple regionally-approved up fitters nationwide. Calibrated with SortomoUSA on a new installer van concept vehicle for the Transit Connect Platform--instantly securing a 600 vehicle order from AT&T, who it the official installer vehicle for its rapidly growing Uverse segment in CNG markets, and increased production capacity at the main facility from 8 to 18 units per day--through new sub-assembly stations with detailed work instructions and clearly defined cycle times.
