The aim of this project is to achieve the successful manufacturing of metallic bipolar plates, employing rapid prototyping techniques in conjunction with micro-stamping methods. This Endeavor focuses on minimizing defects, comprehending failure modes, and implementing preventive measures. Additionally, it addresses critical aspects related to sealing and design for effective sealing, contributing to the advancement of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) technology.
