Forever Young - In this project for the client Kompan I had to make a playground for grown ups to keep them healthy. I made a playground in which they can coorperate with their children to change the playground. Through hydraulics the stones of the playground can differ of heigth. with this there are a lot of gameplays possible.
Form explorations - In this picture you see different form explorations for the playground. a lot of aspects, especially safety, influenced the choice of the shape.
Form explorations - When we choose for a rectangular shape, we wanted to round the edges, for sitting and game possibilites. we explored what the best options for these toundings are.
Small hydraulics - Here you see a small prototype of how the hydraulics in the big playground woulds work. with the different sizes of the suringes, you need a different weight to push one stone down. that makes the game exciting.
Scenario - In this drawing you see the scenario of how the playground could be used.
you see when a child and an adult are playing together, coorporation can be used to play a game or reach a goal.
