Managed an integrated pilot campaign for USB Voluntary Benefits group aimed at creating awareness of key VB products to increase participation rates for 47 targeted companies during Open Enrollment.
In collaboration with USB, conducted customer journey mapping to understand key touchpoints and previous campaign results to create effective asset creation which included: custom photo/video shoot, collateral, banners, social media content, print.
