Creative Operations
As part of the Customer Experience & Design team, I was responsible for increasing efficiency along with Brand/IT compliance for the creative production process to ensure projects, programs, campaigns and assets were completed on time.
Two key initiatives I managed were: 1- Audit of Global Operation Platforms assessment to identify and recommend which could be retired to avoid redundancy and save money. 2 - Working with the Director of Brand Design, developed a process to shift brand review from Global Brand Team to Regional Marketing Leads and a cadence for Governance.
