Whether writing user guidelines that were fun, yet informative; writing or editing wording on every screen in the app; creating weekly MailChimp emails touting tips and news to users; or simply making sure hyphens and apostrophes found their proper homes — this has been interesting introduction to the world of smartphone apps.
