Raja, Iranian Railways Authority had the challenge to manage the carriages’ capacity for their customers in high season and low season. The difference in numbers of passengers was big enough to entail Raja to consider this as a problem. On one hand, they had to increase the capacity of some carriages to six in high season, but on the other hand, they had to designate some of them to four persons at low season. For doing this, they needed to have enough vehicles to add to the system, but there wasn’t an economic way for hem.
