MEDIA LIBRARY [ Undergrad. project 2013]/ Public building typology / Purpose: to preserve and provide access to different types of media outlets such as collections of documents disseminated by social media (press, radio, television, etc.) this facility would be a point of reference for digital media support and an important bridge between hybrid libraries and virtual libraries. Oficial site of archival of the national cinematheque, this building will also host idyllic conditions and spaces for presentations, audiovisual projections and itinerary exhibitions. In addition to providing the traditional services of a generic library library building [lending books, reading and research rooms, copy centers] this facility will also have machinery specialized in format conversion.
