Wormz - Lost Festival 2015
Lost festival is a new festival hosted by "Please Do Not Not Touch" in August 2015. The idea behind it was to showcase different artists work alongside the music at the festival, in an attempt to highlight the importance of the artwork and its creators, rather than just the performers.
For my installation I created 6 "Wormz". These creatures were based on a "Tremours" style monster, and were created to portray a fearful aesthetic to the site. Made from rubber extraction hose, dress fabric and paper mache, the Wormz had a strip of LEDs running through them to illuminate them at night.
I also built a "Treehouse Stage" to host spontaneous acoustic performances throughout the event.
