A special request by the owner to build 2 Storey vacation house that will resist big impact during earthquake, thus a concreted ground floor and a wooden structure at upper floor was agreed upon believing that it will be lighter and more resilient to tremors. The 80 square meter home will be erected in Poblacion Dalaguete, Cebu, Philippines.
