Ground floor of the existing house is used for their home based office. In order not to compromise the parking requirement, the proposed extension can be accessed from the @ the second floor of the existing building.

Three Storey Residence 2009 - The client needs to extend an existing two storey residence. A unanimous decision was decided among family members to make an old garage into a Three Storey Residence Extension to meet the space requirements for a growing family.
