62676 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Ÿ Started with making a new department of Products Packaging Development, Marketing & Sales Promotion, POP, Branding, Corporate and other Creative needs. In next step created in-house team and taken out-sourcing services as well as growing business and new developments of Domestic & International Markets. Ÿ Arranging the product's primary & secondary packaging & promotional material in time period. Ÿ Renovate and updating products packaging as per latest market trend and new technologies. Ÿ Creates and maintaining products packaging as per Government Norms & Legal Metrology guideline. Ÿ Finalized artworks before sending to print process, ensured approvals to printers. Ÿ Properly communicate with Production, Purchase department & Printers for arranging printed material at time. Ÿ Develop & Maintaining Brand Identity & New Products with a team & out-sources.
