Gran Gelato Beach Cart
The following was a proposal to Gran Gelato following a need to create a way of selling and distributing ice cream at the beach and along the coastal promenade.
The final solution is designed to be manufactured using a method of high pressure forming with the cart being fixed onto a 'Carry Freedom Y-frame' which is then attached to a bicycle. The ice cream will be kept frozen for a maximum of 12 hours using cold plates and during peak times the cart will contain 25 litres of ice cream with 5 different flavours available to purchase.
