For the 2014 International Home & Housewares Show, parent company Newell-Rubbermaid directed that the Rubbermaid and Calphalon brands exhibit together in the same booth. versus in separate booths as in previous years. The brand identities of the two entities presented a unique challenge. Solution: The design "splits" the booth visually, architecturally and graphically in keeping with each brand's identity. Functionally, the central kitchen island is shared by both brands, providing an effective hands-on showcase for each brand's products. In addition, two ground-level and one upper deck conference space allow ample private, sequestered meeting space.
