NATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION FOR THE NEW GENERAL CUSTOMS HEADQUARTERS

The purpose of the competition is to select the best project for the complex design of the new Tunisian customs headquarters The General Directorate is planning to build an edifice which is intended to be autonomous,
The project will cover an area of around 17,500 m² spread over 9 floors (R+8).
II- Site and surroundings :
The plot is located in the Centre Urbain Nord (Lot E7, AFH housing estate) and is regular in shape,
Terrain: covering 5355 m²
The land has no apparent slope.
Vegetation:
There are no significant or preserved plant components on the site.
Water drainage:
As it is part of an appropriate subdivision whose servicing work has been completed, the plot does not present any risk of flooding, and drainage will be carried out in the normal way to the existing networks.
