Title screen
The Player character, named Bloodling. It can shoot blood (which covers floors and walls) and can throw bones which transform into blood platform when hitting a certain kind of wall
The character's Spider form. While it can't shoot blood and moves slower on most surfaces, its speed is unequaled on bloody surfaces, it can climb bloodstained walls and regenerates blood ammo when standing on blood. This gives it great situational advantages and allows it to reach areas the Bloodling form couldn't get to normally
Middle of the level, showing a massive ribcage in the environment as well as some enemies to face
Throwing a bone on some walls will create bloody platforms the bloodling can stand on
Last section of the level, which acts as a "capture the points" section
One of the control points to capture by shooting blood at it

Bloodtoon

University project tasking our team to create a game inspired by a fictive character. Our character was Inkling from Splatoon (Nintendo, 2015), from which we took the cute aesthetic and surface covering mechanics

Team:
- Anthony Legros (Audio and UI design)
- Cédric Laroche (General programming, AI design)
- Dee-Laina Blais (Modeling, Post-processing)
- Félix Marcoux (General programming, Character controller design)
- Guillaume Massé (Art, Level design)
- Jakob Bouchard (General programming, Technical design and optimization)
- Justin Daigle (Animations, Modeling)
- Renaud Bélanger (Modeling)

My contributions:
- Character controller and object interactions with the environment
- Throwing bones on walls and blood platform creation
- Climbing on bloodstained walls in Spider form
- Switching from Demon to Spider form
- Blood ammo regeneration while standing on blood in Spider form
- Checkpoints and control points

For a smoother experience, set post-process and anti-aliasing to 'Low'
