Components
Securing the Bike - The user pulls out the length of chain needed to lock their bike, and then uses this length of chain to secure both front and back wheels, as well as the frame.
Unlocking the Bike - After the user is finished with the bike rack, they unlock their bike and the weight takes care of the rest. The weight hanging from the chain falls, causing the two rings to go up. This ensures that the rack will always come to rest in the starting position.
