Bachelor's Thesis "Residential complex for young adults DINKS"
The architectural project was created to solve the problem of mexico´s most populated city, that is long daily commutes of young workers living far outside the village. The solution I applied was to build small apartments at low cost in the highly rental demanded zones in the working areas of the city.
By constructing 890 apartments of 32m2 will make the rent cost descend enough for young workers to live close to their workplace, battling the problem of low life quality, contamination of daily commute and the problem of segregation.
