Personal project
The 1962s Family was a project to create a family in the 60s, located specifically in the United States, California.
The project was divided in two areas, the house (interior and exterior) and the family (Character design).
The first approach was the surroundings of the house, so the suburb was made based on the typical american suburbs; with all the roundabouts and private transportation preference.
Then the approach on the house itself, it should have the decoration and architectural design of a 60s house. The usage of wood and stone for the facade and gabled roofs were the iconic visual for the house.
Then our character must be one of the 4 integrants of the family, so Sofie was born; a 13 years old girl.
