Bike Cop Equipment Vest
The utility belt a cop wears can weigh up to 15 pounds, which causes back pain and great discomfort for officers with extended and repeated wear.
This problem then is magnified when you move over to Bike Cops, because these belts also can limit range of motion on a bike. It also makes accessing the equipment more difficult when in a riding position.
This drove me to this design, which moves weight from the hips and spreads it out across the chest and makes storing and access the equipment more comfortably and efficiently.
