Marc Jacobs Corie
Looking for a replacement to a recently dropped case from the lineup as well as riding the coat tails of the Vic square shaped watch, the Corie was introduced in Fall 2017.
The Corie had gone through a shorter development cycle than normal thanks to my use of 3D printing and solidworks. The case wasn’t changed from our first sample and the remaining time was spent developing the dial to either speak to the language of the Vic or to make its own.
We had decided upon using the new Marc Jacobs logo to bring this new icon front and center with the text logo intersecting it. An outer track was added for better readability.
