Ballpark Lofts - Lodo, CO (class project)
Pallpark Lofts was a project where basic footprints were given for one, two and three bedroom configurations. Configurations required shared chases. Over-all building footprint and interior build-out was up to the designer. Universal design principals used to include turn-arounds and adjustable height countertops. In more recent experience this could easily be an assisted living facility with very few alterations.
